What began as a side hustle while serving in the U.S. Army has grown into something much bigger. After 12 years of service, Jason officially transitioned out of the military. He’s now an Army veteran, culinary school graduate, and sous chef in the hospitality industry—bringing a new level of creativity and expertise to everything we make.
